I’ve never really understood what 9rules really is (and how it could ever be considered a company!). To me it’s just a page with links to people’s blogs. Not very fascinating.

I would be interested to hear about how blogs are evaluated. I’m not sure what the count is at this point, but at 10am it was 700+. So with such a huge number of blogs, how do you find those niche blogs that actually create value to the readers?
