		<description>I have to agree.  A kill switch is sometimes a necessary means to deal with problem customers.  However, I do not see it as a controversial issue as some; if a business doesn&#039;t pay its electric bill the power is shut off, if it does not pay the lease on its vehicles then they its vehicles get repossessed.  Web applications are no different.</description>

That pretty much nails my thinking at the time. You are right in that it is a controversial issue, and luckily I&#039;ve never actually had to use it.

It&#039;s purely for a little extra peace of mind, as their truly are some jerks out there :)</description>
