They change while you're on the page and listening to music and if you skip a song or station, occasionally it will detect the activity and change the ads while you're there. Also some of the ads don't just switch an image, but change the feel of the whole page to suit the ad being displayed. Seems to make the ads they display more noticeable and less removable.
