Most premium theme designers already offer substantial support to their customers via forums and/or customisation tutorials. Some also provide purchase options which include a hour of theme customisation if the customer doesn't wish to do it themselves. And all of this information is available pre-purchase, so the customer can get an idea of the amount of support that they'll receive before proceeding with the purchase.
