Granted, it's probably going to be a very good browser. But the Omnibox is what they almost call it - omnipotent. It's - I read - made to collect everything you enter in the box and send it to Google - even before you press the Enter button. Google will use that info among other such as your general browsing habits to maximise their profits by showing you more targeted ads. In fact, only Google's imagination puts a limit to what they can do with that info... Unfortunately, as much as I want to trust Google, sometimes I am forced to use their products because a web platform performs much better than desktop solutions or their web counterparts. For me, it's another stop on the journey toward complete monopoly. I downloaded it, tried it out, but I can't help feeling that they're going after FireFox and other next-gen browsers as opposed to targetting Internet Explorer. Which would have been nicer.
