Even though you might not strictly consider it a tool, if you figure out how to include links to high-quality resources, then you’re adding to the value of your site as well. For example, if you want to give people the opportunity to learn further about a topic, sending them to information pages is a good idea. As long as you aren’t linking people directly to your competitors, there’s really no downside to broadening people’s information base about a topic.
