I've got a handful of my own - and a bunch I've set up for friends - several up and running but I'm still tinkering with themes and layout - and I'd like to hear about ANY plugin that makes multiple blog management easier. J.

I've got about 60 blogs and update takes 5 seconds per blog with the InstantUpdate plugin. There are also other plugins available that can mass update all blogs at once, and makes things easier for mass updating all plugins, etc. You just have to look for them, but they're out there.
