Something genuine
Design is communication
Design is a language that people know, although they don't know they know it until they start speaking it.
Design is letting down our biases and opening our minds to new ideas.
The ability to take a vision and bring it into focus as clearly as possible.
Good design glues all the pieces together: the concept, the message, the product (website)
