Summary: Another extension to come.
Version 2 June Edition is now the June/July Edition. If you have already submitted a submission feel free to make changes or create more. From now on Version 2 will be two month deadlines so things should run a bit smoother. Thanks for all the submissions so far. Some real quality stuff as usual.
I was one of the slated authors to this publication, but due to a million other things I was unable to get published in this edition. Make sure to check it out as Andy has done a wonderful job in putting together a high quality work that has been lacking in the web design world.

Damn, I was really looking forward to some feedback.
Is it wrong to put up the designers work who have already submitted to the deadline.

YES! I agree 2 month deadlines will give more ample room for busy people.

I'm torn... I'm with Ian in that I was getting all excited by the thought of feedback (and lets be honest winning ...yes I know unlikely ;-) ) I was even counting down the last few days in anticipation checking Whitespace regularly to check if the other entries were up - but its also let me put in another entry....number 3 ... I must have too much tme on my hands
Amazingly, I saw Macedition crop up in my logs search phrases and a quick search of google confirms that somehow I've managed to get myself into 8th place on google for "macedition" - with Ian's entry at Number 9 ... thats without promotion or anything....Ahhhh the miracle of CSS based design on Search engine ranking...

If we make changes to a submitted design, do we need to submit it again? I'm not sure how it works, do you keep a copy yourself and display that version when the voting begins, or just link to our own copies of them?

Looking at the earlier competitions it looks as if Scrivs normally links directly to the version of the site hosted by the entrant (i.e he doesn't keep a local version)

Thanks again for the extension, i've had a busy month so i'm glad we have extra time.
The Design in flight pdf magazine looks promising, along the lines of what i'm working on - however, i'm not planning on making a zine but something along the lines of webmonkey, skillswap and a list apart combined.
I'll be subscribing to design in flight though, I love the design.
